UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DRY SOON LTD, OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER ANY THEORY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US OVER THE LAST 12 MONTHS FOR SUCH SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT PURPORT TO LIMIT LIABILITY ARISING FROM PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES OR YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS.
Dispute Resolution
We will do our best to resolve any disagreements that might arise between us. If we cannot, you and we both agree to resolve disputes relating to these Terms in the courts located in London, UK, except if you reside in a country of the European Union, the United States, Canada, or Australia, in which case you may have the right under applicable law to bring any action or proceeding against Company in your home country.
